My leadership approach is integrating AI into product, platforms, and operating models-diagnosing what limits scale, aligning organizations around measurable outcomes, and redesigning the systems that determine performance.

Over the course of leading global platforms and large-scale digital businesses, I began to notice a pattern: organizations rarely struggle because they lack ideas or talent. They struggle because their systems were designed for an earlier stage of growth.
 

Again and again, I saw companies try to scale through incremental improvement when what they actually needed was structural system change. That insight shaped how I lead today.
 

I focus on inflection points, the moments when evolving the system matters more than optimizing it. Today, that increasingly means integrating AI into product, platforms, and operating models, not as a technology layer, but as a business system. I redesign operating models, decision systems, and monetization architecture grounded in product-led growth and unit economics, managing the tension between protecting today's balance sheet and building tomorrow's valuation.

This work has taken me across JPMorgan Chase, Outbrain, Nickelodeon, iHeartMedia, and WeightWatchers where I scaled digital revenue from $400M to $1B+, built and led organizations of 300+ across Product, Experience, Design, Research, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market, and held Section 16 designated officer duties with full P&L accountability. 95% retention. 85% Gallup engagement score. I know how to build trust.

Currently serving as Fractional CPO & Board Member at ZerøFHE, productizing deep-tech infrastructure in the Fully Homomorphic Encryption space, and Executive in Residence at NYU SPS (Digital Transformation).

MY EXPERTISE

My approach to product strategy begins with the economics of the business, not the roadmap. I align product direction with unit economics, CAC/LTV dynamics, margin structure, and capital efficiency so every decision strengthens enterprise performance.
 

Modern products do not scale through funnels. They scale through loops: self-reinforcing systems where acquisition, retention, and monetization compound. I design product ecosystems around this architecture, aligning product, marketing, data, and finance around a shared growth engine.

The goal is not conversion. It is to build systems where value creation and value capture compound  strengthening retention, accelerating growth, and increasing long-term enterprise value.
