My leadership approach is diagnosing what limits scale, aligning organizations around measurable outcomes, and redesigning the systems that determine performance.
Over the course of leading global platforms and large-scale digital businesses, I began to notice a pattern: organizations rarely struggle because they lack ideas or talent. They struggle because their systems were designed for an earlier stage of growth.
Again and again, I saw companies try to scale through incremental improvement when what they actually needed was structural system change. That insight shaped how I lead today.
I focus on inflection points, the moments when evolving the system matters more than optimizing it. My work centers on aligning strategy, operating models, and execution so organizations can scale with speed, clarity, and measurable impact.
I have led multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, data, design, marketing, operations, and commercial functions, building environments where decision-making is clear, accountability is shared, and innovation becomes repeatable rather than accidental.

MY EXPERTISE
My approach to product strategy begins with the economics of the business. I align product direction with corporate priorities, growth targets, and value drivers so every decision strengthens enterprise performance. Traditional funnels assume linear growth models e.g. input at the top, conversion at the bottom, but modern products scale through loops: self-reinforcing systems where each user action generates value that feeds acquisition, engagement, or revenue.
I design product ecosystems where acquisition, retention, and monetization reinforce one another. This architecture aligns product, marketing, sales, data, and finance around a shared growth engine and integrates unit economics, CAC/LTV dynamics, margin structure, and capital efficiency directly into prioritization and execution. The result is innovation that produces measurable financial impact, not just activity.
I build products and organizations that scale structurally, technically, and commercially by establishing clear ownership, shared metrics, and decisive execution. The goal of product strategy is not conversion or isolated capabilities. It is to design systems where value creation and value capture compound strengthening retention, accelerating growth, and increasing long-term enterprise value.
